2What’s it like to work with you?
It starts with a short intake form and a 1:1 Zoom session where we talk through your goals and build a plan. From there, we take care of the heavy lifting- writing, editing, prepping, strategizing. We stay in communication as needed and as outlined in our plan so you can be confident we're trending in the right direction. You’ll receive high-quality, actionable results, plus real-time support every step of the way.
3How long does it take?
Most projects are completed within 5 - 7 business days after your kickoff session. If you’re on a tight deadline or need a more immediate service, just let us know. We’ll do our best to meet your timeline.
4What types of workplace issues or goals do your clients come to you for?
Clients often come to me for help with burnout, boundary-setting, dealing with difficult managers, understanding policies and benefits, navigating PIPs or potential terminations, addressing pay equity and discrimination, planning career moves or exits, preparing for raises or promotions, managing team dynamics, and negotiating job offers.

That’s what the consult is for. We’ll talk through your situation, goals, and any obstacles, and recommend the best next step, whether that’s a resume rewrite, job search strategy, or workplace support.
6Do you offer in-person services?
Yes! While we work virtually with clients across the U.S., we also offer in-person services in the Greater Seattle area by request.

Absolutely. Your trust is essential, and we treat your personal and professional information with the utmost care and confidentiality. Unlike internal company HR representatives, our responsibility is to you, not your employer. We will never share your information or documents without your explicit consent.
